Learning to drive over the summer holidays is a great way for students to fill their free time by learning a life skill that will prove invaluable in terms of greater career opportunities and the freedom to go where you want, when you want! We've put together some great deals for cheaper driving lessons for students as we know all too well that money can be tight for students! To qualify for our discounted student driving lessons:
You need to be on a FULL TIME course at a school, college or university in the UK (or waiting to start your course - i.e the period "between" school/college ending and the university year starting) . Full time means a course that requires your attendance at school, college or university for 15 hours or more per week.
You'll need to provide proof that you're a student (e.g. a current Uni or college ID card, NUS card, or if you've just left school and are waiting to start at university or college, your confirmation letter offering you a place - if you haven't got any proof, give us a call or drop is an email explaining your circumstances and we'll see what we can do!)
A provisional driving licence You'll need to be able to show your driving instructor BOTH parts of your licence i.e. the photocard and the paper counterpart. If you've mislaid either part, the best thing to do is to have a thorough search because you can't start driving lessons OR take your Theory and Practical tests without showing both parts of your licence. If you really can't find both parts, you'll need to apply to the DVLA to get your licence replaced and you'll have to pay for it!)
Live or work within the area covered by our driving school! Our instructors cover Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Wokingham, Gerrards Cross, Ascot, Iver, West Drayton, Egham, Langley, Twyford, Crowthorne, Sandhurst and the surrounding towns and villages in Berks, Bucks, Surrey and Middx.
